The luxury hotel facilities in Italy are only a minor portion of the market at about 1%. However, there are concrete opportunities to ensure that this important portion of the hotel sector grows, especially for those independent high range hotels that operate outside of groups or chains.
Exclusive Hotel Collection intends to promote "accessible luxury" focussing on the management, optimisation and marketing of boutique hotels (4 or 5 stars), that express the culture and values of the area in which they are located.
